Book a call

For consultancies sending students abroad from India

Pricing

Every consultancy has a different number of counsellors, a different volume of enquiries and a different leak to fix, so the number is scoped on a call. What does not vary is how it is built, what it scales with, and what we will never add to it.

In short

NeuraRush is priced as a one-off setup fee plus a monthly fee, and that is the whole invoice. It is scoped to your enquiry volume and tier rather than to how many counsellors you employ, so the price does not move when you hire. There is no per-user charge, no dashboard licence, no separate fee for us operating the system, and no usage bill after a busy month: the servers, the AI and the WhatsApp message costs are ours. Exact figures are scoped on a fifteen minute call, because the honest number depends on your volume and tier.

How the price is built

Two line items, and that is the whole invoice.

  1. A setup fee, once

We build the system around your office: your WhatsApp number, your counsellors, the destinations you place students in, the questions you qualify on, and the CRM or sheet you already run. That work happens once, before you go live.

  2. A monthly fee

This covers running it. We operate the system, watch it, and fix it when Meta changes something on their side. There is nothing for your team to run and nobody to hire.

  3. Scoped to your office, not to a plan you outgrow

What moves the number: how many enquiries you get, which tier you are on, how many branches you run, and whether you want the voice agent answering the phone.

What is never charged extra

This is where our pricing differs most from the software you are probably comparing it with, so it is worth being specific.

  • No per-counsellor fee

Hire a fifth counsellor, then a tenth. The price does not move. Most software in this market is sold per user per month, so the bill grows every time the team does.

  • No dashboard licence

There is no dashboard, so there is nothing to buy seats for. Alerts arrive on the WhatsApp your counsellors already have open.

  • No fee for us running it

Operating the system is the service, not an add-on. There is no managed-service surcharge on top of the monthly.

  • No usage bill after a busy month

The servers, the AI and the WhatsApp message costs are ours. Your invoice is the same in a 200 enquiry month and a 2,000 enquiry month.

What you still pay for yourself

The things you already own and would keep whoever you hired: your WhatsApp number, your counsellors' calendars, your phone line, and your CRM if you run one. We configure them and write into them rather than asking you to replace them, which is the same reason there is nothing to migrate.

How to work out whether it is worth it

Not against the software you are comparing it with. Against one enrolment.

Most consultancies know almost exactly what a single enrolled student is worth to them, and almost none of them put that number next to a software quote. Do that first, because it makes the decision obvious in either direction.

Then check whether you are actually losing enquiries, rather than assuming it.

Two numbers from last week will tell you. How long did the enquiries that arrived after 8pm wait for a real reply, not an auto-acknowledgement. And how many enquiries did nobody ever have a conversation with at all. Most owners are surprised by the second one.

If both numbers look healthy, the gap we close is already closed and you should spend the money on counsellors instead. If they do not, you now know what the leak is costing you in enrolments, and the pricing conversation gets much simpler. There is a fuller version of this in what to automate first.

What happens on the call

So that "scoped on a call" reads as a process rather than a way of avoiding the question.

  1. 01

    Fifteen minutes, no deck

We ask where your enquiries arrive, roughly how many, and what happens to the ones that come in after hours.

  2. 02

We tell you if you do not need us

If your enquiries are already answered in minutes, or what you actually need is a CRM, you will hear that on the call rather than after you have paid.

  3. 03

    A scoped number, in writing

Setup and monthly, for your office at your volume, with what is included spelled out.

  4. 04

    Start with a Pilot

The smallest tier that fixes the leak. Core and Premium exist for when you have outgrown it, not to be sold up front.

Still deciding whether the problem is the answering or the record keeping? Start with CRM or automation, which answers that without a pitch.

Questions owners ask

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the honest number depends on your enquiry volume, your tier and how many branches you run, and a headline figure would be wrong for most people reading it in both directions. We would rather give you an accurate number on a fifteen minute call than an impressive one here.

What exactly do I pay?

Two things. A one-off setup fee, and a monthly fee. That is the whole invoice. There is no per-user cost, no dashboard licence, no charge for us operating it, and no usage bill at the end of a heavy month.

Do I pay extra for WhatsApp messages?

No. WhatsApp messaging costs are ours and they are covered by the monthly fee, along with the servers, the database and the AI. Your bill does not move when your volume does.

Does the price go up when I hire another counsellor?

No. It is scoped to enquiry volume and tier, not headcount. This is the main difference from CRM pricing in this market, which is usually per user per month, so your software bill grows every time you grow the team.

What do I still pay for myself?

The things you already own and would keep either way: your WhatsApp number, your counsellors' calendars, your phone line, and your CRM if you run one. We configure them and write into them rather than replacing them.

How do I know it is worth it?

Work it out against one enrolment. Most consultancies know what a single enrolled student is worth to them and rarely put that number next to a software quote. If you are not sure you are losing enquiries at all, measure two things first: how long the ones that arrived after 8pm last week waited for a real reply, and how many you never spoke to.

Which tier should I start on?

Pilot, almost always. It fixes the answering, which is where the money leaks for nearly every consultancy. Core adds the voice agent, scoring, routing, document chasing and CRM sync. Premium adds reactivation, referrals and testing, and only pays off once you have real volume.

Get a number for your office

Fifteen minutes. We will look at where your enquiries arrive and how fast they are answered, and you will get a scoped setup and monthly figure in writing. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, you will hear that instead.
